Damaged Artworks in Transit

All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to allow us to make a claim through the relevant courier.

To lodge a damage claim, please email us with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged artwork

• A description of the damage

• The date the parcel was received

Claims lodged after 24 hours may not be eligible under our courier's insurance terms, and we may be unable to assist.
